![]() ![]() I don't know why soup or salad should take that long to arrive. It seemed like about a half hour went by before the soup arrived, followed shortly by salads. Some biscuits arrived about 10 minutes later. She was extremely pleasant and she seemed to know the answers to our questions. She came back fairly soon and took our orders. We asked her a few questions about the menu and we asked her for more time to decide. She soon came back with the drinks and asked if we were ready to order. Our server, Angel, showed up shortly to take drink orders. The restaurant was nearly full, but by the time we left, it was nearly empty. We had reservations, and we waited about 5 minutes to be seated. We went here with another couple on New Years Eve. Lack luster and pedestrian overpriced food, but the servers and managers have been great! The Bartender was on point, the cocktail was tasty! Still, not enough to entice me back. I have had some hits and misses with Red Lobster in the last year, this was the nail in the coffin for me. ![]() You don't serve mussels with broken or unopened shells.even at Red Lobster. But, I left feeling like there was no care or pride from the kitchen what was being served to the customers. After a few bites, I asked for the manager and much to her credit she apologized and discounted my meal: original - $27.00 discounted - $17.99 a $10.00 discount, which wasn't bad. It was bland, over priced and sloppily cooked and plated. When it arrived, the sauce was watery with little to no butter taste a few mussel shells were broken and pieces were floating in the water broth one mussel was dead (unopened) the scallops were overcooked, as was the lobster tails and the shrimp was cooked fairly well. They had a selection that included shrimp, mussels scallops and 1-1/2 small lobster tails in a butter garlic sauce over linguine. So, I was intrigued by the Lobster Fest ads and went for an early dinner. ![]()
